Setters have been at the forefront of positive organisational culture change for many years. This is because of our basic principle that everything in the corporate world depends upon the quality of our systems plus the people involved.
Behavioural Vector Analysis is a scientifically validated, non-judgmental assessment of a persons behavioural strengths and potential limitations. It enables leaders to ‘speed read’ their people and is an invaluable coaching and motivational tool. B.V.A. identifies the most effective ways to get the best out of your people and how they are most likely to be motivated towards personal success.
As part of B.V.A.,Human Job Analysis (H.J.A.) facilitates the analysis of the roles we expect people to perform and comparative analysis defines the coaching requirements people may need in order to achieve optimum performance.
Behavioural Vector Analysis helps us to create effective, integral and cohesive teams in which we can play to individual strengths whilst acknowledging potential weakness or limitations.
As a coaching, appraisal and motivational tool B.V.A. is particularly powerful and helps organisations to release the potential of their people… Their most valuable asset
