The intention of The Coaching Group includes the following:-

• To enable+people^® Coaching Progarmme clients to compare notes and discuss sustainability and the journey towards ‘Generative’.
• To benefit from meeting with like-minded people.
• To model excellence, i.e. to invite successful people from all walks of life and compare their strategies for success against the ­+people^®framework.
• To couple the event with an opportunity to sample a range of activities which stretch our experience, imagination and possibly even our comfort zones!
• And, last but not least - to have a fun and memorable time.

We see the Group as being a constantly evolving concept, responding to the ideas and participation of all the Group members, with the core philosophy that:

“Coaching adds Creativity to Competence”.

Additionally, to manage commercial interest and avoid a hierarchy influence, The Coaching Group is a jointly funded venture between all the participants. We see the Setters role as mainly administration with sufficient direction and structure to create “well formed outcomes”.
