Setters team Graham Pam Steve & Fraser took the “Alpha Man Road Show” to London last week to the IOSH exhibition at Excel Centre on banks of the Thames in the heart of the finance world at Canary Wharf.

The event was well patronised, with a good flow of interested parties taking time to meet and discuss the benefits of the+people®programme approach to performance improvement. Those who spent the time to talk represented large, medium and small enterprise’s from a range of sectors.

All who visited expressed interest in culture & behaviour change and thus the+people®approach as depicted in the images and graphics on the stand. Grahams effective communication and enthusiasm on the unique programme was refreshing and engaging, resulting in significant potential for longer term relationships.

Fraser was engulfed by a contingency of girls from a “Russian Federation for Worker Benefits” who were interested in his balloon blowing prowess.  Fraser actually was undertaking an experiment “BART TASK”   to establish empirical data of risk perception to support the psychology behind the+people® program. As well as data, Fraser gained some excellent feedback on the task and suggestions for adaptations etc.

Many of those attended, were interested in attending the Setters “OPEN DAY” on April 13th to have a chance to network with other like-minded leaders in business who have experienced the programme first hand and are reaping the benefits.   Invitations have been issued and being followed up to ensure this great day is a resounding success.

A good day was had by all.
