Setters delivery medium is a coaching programme called +people^® and is delivered through the highly qualified coaches who are trained to international standards and this is supplemented by extensive in-house training,the combined process currently extending over a 6 year period.

The +people^® CoachingProgramme is typically delivered over an 18 month period and comprises organizational coaching and 1-1 Personal Performance Coaching. The+people^® Coaching Programme is unique through a combination of its holistic approach (everyone in the organization is involved at all levels from contractors, core teams, through to and including board level) and its incorporation of applied psychology and highly developed coaching techniques, which include Behavioural Vector Analysis.

Supporting the+people^® Coaching Programme element of the business, our services also include:

• +people^® Integrated Management Systems – OHSAS 18001 and Integrated Management Systems including ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
• +people^® Training– Delivering IOSH Courses, CCNSG Safety Passport, UKATA Asbestos Awareness, NEBOSH, and client bespoke courses.
• +people^® Partnerships – Construction Design Management (CDM) and Onsite support.

As further examples of Setters innovative approach, we have as part of the team an ‘artist in residence’ who provides us with in house illustrations and supports client campaigns through the+people^® CoachingProgramme. We have also recently developed mutual links with Bangor University Psychology Department and sponsoring a student from the department on a 3 year KESS Programme. Setters also subscribe to the Young Recruits Programme through the Welsh Assembly Government, bringing through young people who help challenge ideas and come up with fresh ones.
