Special Projects

Setters through Special Projects have created a forum for all of us to be creative, imaginative, and to pursue our interests outside of our usual business role, it is an organised way of turning a spark of an idea into a focus. Special Projects allows Setters and our clients, working in collaboration, to explore, research, and develop products and also to enhance aspects of our business which are not necessarily core activities. Special Projects work through ownership of the project by the Co-ordinator, partnership with a Leadership Team sponsor, and monthly progress meetings.

Through Special Projects we have had many diverse successes which have resulted in mainstream business activities and/or recognized achievement, for example;
