Pam Jones

Before joining Setters,  Pam worked for various sectors within Clay Technology and Construction and ultimately was PA to the Managing Director of Alfred McAlpine Minerals Division.
Over the past 11 years at Setters she has performed the role of Training Co-ordinator, which includes involvement in the  introduction and administration of the CCNSG Safety Passport Scheme which has, up to end of 2008, trained over 12,000 contractors.  Her role now incorporates Special Projects which involves people and product development, and the  +people® Programme sustainability,  all of which fit in with Setters Business Plan.
Throughout Pam’s working life she has always shown enthusiasm, loyalty and attention to detail, and is keen to promote Setters unique +people®Safety Coaching approach which adds creativity to competence.
