 Graham Setter
Graham is an experienced Operations and Services Manager, who has worked extensively in heavy industry, mainly steel, oil and gas, and construction.
Throughout his career he has held posts which have involved direct responsibility for health and safety, particularly as an Offshore Installation Manager on North Sea Oil and Gas Platforms.
He started the Company, Setters in 1992 and now fulfils the role of Director of Coaching.
Graham’s values and beliefs centre on the premise that the personal choices that people make, at all levels of an organisation, form the critical path for safety performance and indeed all performance.
