Jeanne Walsh
Jeanne is an experienced Health & Safety professional, and specialist personal Coach in operational excellence and culture-change programmes.
She began her career as a research technician (biochemist), before moving into pharmaceutical manufacturing, then training and safety. In 1991 she began studying behavioural approaches and NLP, and in 1993 she started her own business providing contract H&S support, project management and bespoke training packages (including software.)
In 2000, she joined Setters, who were developing the +people® programme. Always interested in (and utilising) a behavioural approach, Jeanne is currently engaged in one-to-one coaching with the leadership of construction and power-generation industries, as a support to the +people® programme.
